Artwork Requirements

Follow these steps to ensure your designs are production-ready. Precision in file setup is critical for achieving our signature quality.

Vector File Prep

  • Artwork must be to the size you would like printed.

  • Separate colors should be on separate layers.

  • Name art files with business and project names.

  • Illustrator .ai files: all text converted to outlines

  • Photoshop .psd files with layers intact: 300 resolution and text rasterized

  • Also acceptable: .eps, editable .pdf, and hi res .tiff

  • Need Help? Reworking art is available for $25/hr

Pantone Color Matching

Color Options:

  • Pantone Solid Coated Booklet for Plastisol

  • Solid Uncoated Booklet for Water-based

  • Ink colors may not match digital proofs

  • Prints in nontraditional areas (zippers, cuffs, etc.) may result in heavy ink deposits

  • We hand-mix inks to match your choices, every single run.

Sizing & Placement

Provide desired print dimensions and placement on the garment. Consider garment seams and maximum print areas for optimal results.

Maximum Print Areas:

  • T-Shirts & Hoodies:

    • Full Front: 13" x 18"

    • Left Chest: 4" x 4"

    • Long Sleeves: 3" x 17"

  • Cozies: 3" x 3"
