What is the cost of printing a shirt?

  • We need to create a custom quote for each project because each project is unique. Here are some of the common factors that determine pricing:

    • Style or Brand of apparel [Heavy Weight T-shirt, Tri-blend long sleeve, Gildan Hoodie, etc.]

    • Number of print locations [front only, front and back, sleeve, etc.]

    • Number of colors in each location [1 color - 12 colors]

    • Order quantity [price breaks are given per piece when higher quantities are ordered]

How can I get a price quote?

  • If you are unsure about which product to choose or how many colors are in your designs, please give us as much information as possible for what you are looking for by filling out this form and that will start the conversation with us.

What products do you have?

  • We order blank apparel for each individual project, which means the choices are almost endless. Feel free to browse our Product page or email us directly with your questions.

What is your minimum order size?

  • 24 pieces is our minimum order size due to the time and cost associated with a project. However, the same artwork and ink colors can be printed across a combination of the same material [i.e different colors of the same t-shirt or hoodie with the same artwork colors]

How long does it take?

  • Production takes about 10-14 working days from when we receive the blank product and artwork is approved [note - this does not include shipping]. We offer no guarantees on that time frame, but we will provide a Promise date upon order confirmation.

What if I did not plan that far ahead? Is there any chance you can get it done sooner?

  • Yes, we have expedite options depending on our production schedule. An extra charge will be applied if you require us to expedite production, the following are timing and cost options for expedited orders:

    • 1 Day……... $150 or 25%* [minimum of 24 hours needed]

    • 2 Days…… $120 or 20%*

    • 3 Days…… $100 or 18%*

    • 4 Days…… $75 or 15%*

    • 5 Days…… $50 or 10%*

    • 6 Days…… $40 or 8%*

    • 7 Days…… $30 or 7%*

    • 8 Days…… $20 or 6%*

    • 9 Days…… $10 or 5%*

      • * notes whichever is greater

  • Days start after purchase order deposit, ALL garments and artwork approval have all been received.

Once I finalize my order will I still be able to make changes?

  • We move very quickly after the order has been placed and artwork is approved. This makes it very difficult to make any changes. Please make sure that you have double checked your order before you place it and carefully review your artwork proof before approving it.

    • You are responsible for any inaccuracies in artwork that has been fully approved.

What are my payment options?

  • We require a 50% deposit up front and the remaining half upon completion of the job for new customers. The following are accepted payment options:

    • Cash

    • CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal

    • Credit Card [Visa, MasterCard, Discover]

    • Check [Business or School only, no personal checks accepted]

Can I supply my own artwork?

  • Yes, please provide your own artwork if possible. We ask that you provide your print ready artwork [text in outlines] in one of the following:

    • .pdf [vector only]

    • .ai - Adobe Illustrator [vector only]

    • .eps - Encapsulated Post Script [vector only]

    • .psd - Photoshop Document [300dpi at 100% print size]

    • .jpg - Jpeg image [300dpi at 100% print size]

What if I cannot provide any of the recommended file types, can you help me with my design?

  • Absolutely! We can partner with you and create your design for you. Please email us for design rates and timing.

Can you match a specific color in my company logo?

  • Yes. We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS), it is the standard when it come to colors. We will need you to provide us with the Pantone number [ie. PMS 186 red] and we will be able to come as close as possible.

When can I pick up my order?

  • We will notify you via email when your order is ready to pick up in our studio. Generally, our workshop pick-up hours are Monday - Friday 10am-4pm or by appointment.
